- Eau Gallie Arts District (EGAD) - Non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the downtown Eau Gallie area in Melbourne, Florida.

- A.R.E. Truck Caps - Manufacturer of Truck Caps, Tonneau covers, etc. Sequoia manages most of their customer interaction technology, including coupon processing, rebate programs, and customer lead management for local dealers (ongoing joint project with Hampton Development)
- Maurey Manufacturing - Manufacturer of Industrial Parts. Sequoia manages the technology for most of their member registration, dealer approval and member pricing controls for online ordering (ongoing joint project with Hampton Development and Cade Data Solutions)

- Landmark Lighting - Manufacturer of Tiffany lamps and other specialty lighting products.
- Unique Option - Furniture rental for trade shows and exhibits.
Small Business Sites
- Licensure Exams - Web-based test preparation and practice exam service for students pursuing certification in various para-medical fields. Sequoia manages and maintains the online testing software, as well as all business processes (customer signup/management, payment processing, customer support technology, etc.). The design and general content is managed by the site owner, Dr. Linton Hutchinson
- Elbow Creek Garden & Gift - Local Garden/Gift shop in the Eau Gallie Arts District, Melbourne, FL
Club Sites
- Space Coast Paddlers - Local club for kayakers in Brevard County, Florida.
- Paddlers Rendezvous 2011 - 4-day state-wide "camp & paddle" eco-tourism event, to be held in Titusville, FL this year.
